This page will contain a number of resources to help run your auditions

Director Registration Instructions

Below are directions you may send out to your directors to give them the information they need to enter your auditions. The information is provided as plain text so that you may copy and paste to add it to whatever other information you send out.

1. Visit your organizations AuditionAdmin site at _____________________
2. Click on Directors
3. Click Create Account. It is strongly suggested you use your school email address.
4. Enter _______ for the registration code.
5. Check your email for a message to validate your email address. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
6. Login with the username and password you used to create the account.
7. Click the link to choose or create a school.
8. If you used your school email address and another director at your school has registered, you may see your school listed. If you do, click choose by that school. If your school is not listed, click 'Create new school," and enter the information for your school.
9. Click on Students at the top of the screen. Enter any students that will be entering an audition.
10. Click on Entries at the top of the screen.
11. For each entry, choose a student, their instrument, and click Save.
